Since I value your money and your time as much as mine, I believe in maintaining a transparent relationship with my audience, providing you with an art experience that is untainted by modern trends and practices that may raise concerns about authenticity. Therefore, I feel compelled to clarify certain aspects of my artistic approach and values.- Artificial Intelligence: While I deeply respect the advancements in technology, I want to make it clear that I do not endorse the use of AI in the creation of art for commercial use, and that I try my best to mark my works as ''not allowed for AI training'' where possible.- Non-Fungible Tokens: I do not engage in or endorse the creation or sale of NFTs associated with my artwork. I firmly believe in the traditional principles of art ownership and in the patron-artist relationship.- Cryptocurrencies and other ''modern financial practices'': I do not accept any kind of cryptocurrencies as payment for my artwork, and I steer clear of modern financial practices that may compromise the integrity of my art. Your transactions with me will remain straightforward and secure.

PRIVACYAccording to European laws regarding privacy, your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties in any way. I will always handle your sensitive data with the utmost discretion, care, and respect.
All the personal information you may be asked to provide (such as name/nickname, PayPal e-mail, shipping address, etc.) is only needed to process your orders (perform payments/transactions through PayPal, ship the commissioned work, etc.) and will not be stored or used in any other way.

COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICEImportant:
By requesting any kind of commission from me, you declare to be over 18 years old and the legal possessor of the PayPal account you’re using for payment.
By requesting any kind of commission portraying your Original Character/s, you declare that said character/s belong solely to you and that you unconditionally guarantee that any kind of original content given to me for inclusion in the work is, in fact, your intellectual property.
I will do no research checking on the legal availability of the original content for which I am creating commissioned work. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the original content they claim as their intellectual property is not already in use. I will not be held responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement on the customer’s part.

Once you contact me for a commission of any kind:- If you’re looking for a particular commission that is not listed in the price list specifics, simply contact me via e-mail and provide all the details so I can elaborate an estimate of how much you’d spend, no strings attached. You’ll then be able to decide if to proceed with the payment or not.
- Please provide clear and concise visual references and a brief but detailed description of what you have in mind. References are mandatory for OCs and optional for canon characters.
- If you don’t have visual references for your OC and ask me to design it from scratch, I will add an additional fee for the design (the fee will vary according to the complexity of the character and will be agreed upon beforehand).
- If you have a specific deadline in mind for the commissioned work, please make it clear beforehand. I reserve the right to turn down any work with deadlines I can’t reasonably accommodate.
- Based on the complexity of the work, my processing times may vary from a minimum of one week to a maximum of three months.
Please, keep in mind that the final total price might also go up depending on:
-> the presence of a background and how complex and detailed it would have to be,
-> the complexity of additional props and accessories (like extremely intricate armors, weapons, trinkets, patterns, etc.),
-> multiple requests for changes during the whole process (see the Creation process paragraph below),
-> a rush fee in case I decide to accommodate a very close deadline (with the amount depending on the complexity of the request and the time at my disposal, to be agreed upon together beforehand).

In regards to “Not Safe For Work” content (of sexual and/or violent nature) and other things I'm not comfortable with in general, I absolutely will never accept:- any kind of shota/loli content (anything involving children aged 0-15) and paraphilic infantilism (autonepiophilia, autopedophilia);
- any kind of beastiality, zoophilia, autozoophilia (anything involving extreme furries and real animals) and zoosadism;
- any kind of extreme gore (involving internal organs/entrails) like anthropophagolagnia, oculophilia and piquerism;
- any extreme fetishisms/kinks/paraphilias such as: mysophilia (coprophilia, urophilia, emetophilia), feederism, klismaphilia, vorarephilia, maesophilia and necrophilia (with the sole exception of any sentient undead races from fantasy media);
- any non-consensual activities of sexual nature;
- any kind of derogatory/offensive/humiliating content of religious, political, xenophobic/racist, LGBTphobic/queerphobic nature.

Payment:- I accept payment via PayPal only. Prices are set in Euro.
- Payments up to 50,00 € must be made up front in full before preliminary work begins.
For commissions above 50,00 €, there’s the possibility to apply payment plans: from 51,00 € to 150,00 €, I will request half the payment before I start working, and the other half before sending the complete HD file via e-mail; from 151,00 € up, the payment can be split into three phases.
- All prices already include the PayPal invoice fee.

Commissioned artwork use:- I will retain exclusive copyright and ownership of all works, including draft materials and WIPs (“work in progress” sketches) not used in the final designs unless agreed upon beforehand.
- The customers will unconditionally agree to the utmost confidentiality of the unfinished works exchanged, via e-mail or social media private chats, during the different phases of the creation process.
- I retain all the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints, merchandise, and to upload the work in low resolution on any of my online accounts.
- I will not print or create merchandise of finished works where OCs are represented; all the rights about Original Characters belong exclusively to the customers (with the only exceptions being for advertisement, examples, and portfolio purposes for my social media accounts).
- All of my commissioned works are intended for personal use only. The only prints allowed are single prints for personal use and display, not to be resold or reused commercially. You can resize or crop the commissioned artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in a non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself. If you want to post or re-upload the commissioned work online on any social media platform, make sure to credit me/tag me/let me know. You can find all my online accounts here.
- Commercial use of the artwork must be discussed beforehand as the pricing will depend on that and vary according to it.

Refund and cancellation:- If you want to cancel the commission during the sketch stage, whether you’ve paid for the whole work or just part of the final price, you’ll get a 50% refund of any amount you’ve paid.
- Commissions that have passed the sketch stage (with the sketch approved by the customer) cannot be cancelled, hence won’t be refunded.

Shipping:- If you want the original work (traditional) or a print (digital), I will add the equivalent of the shipping fees to the starting price. The price will obviously vary according to the country of destination.

Creation process:- Once I receive the first part (or the whole) of the payment, I’ll start the commission with a sketch. During the sketch phase, there will be the chance to apply a maximum of three modifications (even a total change of the pose); from the fourth modification up I’ll apply a quote of 5,00 € each.
- Once the sketch is approved by the customer, I’ll proceed with the lineart.
During the lineart phase, there will be the chance to apply a maximum of two small modifications (facial expressions, details, hairstyles), while for substantial modifications (change of pose, different clothing) I’ll apply a quote of 10,00 € each.
- During the coloring phase, there will be the chance to modify flat colors only (to avoid mistakes in the final render of the colors). Once the flat colors are approved, there won’t be any more opportunities to modify the work in any of its parts.
- I will send the finished work in high resolution via e-mail, but only after the last part of the payment will be fulfilled.

I’m sorry, but I will not tolerate any complaint from those who simply ignore these policies, while I’ll gladly answer any question or doubt if something seems vague and may need more clarification.I reserve the right to change these policies and prices at any given time; should I update, amend, or make any changes to this page, those changes will be prominently posted here - hence why I advise you to visit this page frequently to make sure that you are up to date.Last updated: 01/10/2023
